To protect the security of our funding, it's crucial to utilize our specific wholesale contract. If a deal is already under contract, please promptly share the contract you're currently using for our review. In such cases, we may require an addendum to be signed in order to safeguard our investment. For all future transactions with us, the use of our contract will be REQUIRED.
